Located to the West of Marysville just off of I-5, The Tulalip Resort Casino is an AAA Four-Diamond-rated luxury resort casino, just 30 minutes north of Seattle.
Once you arrive at Tulalip, you are sure to be struck by its glamorous waterfalls, golden columns and the immense size of its resort and casino entryways. Inside, a sea of lights and sounds immerse and enfold, whisking you away from the everyday grind.
If you choose to enter the resort before the casino, you’ll be greeted by the Tulalip Welcome Figure, a totem figure with palms open, outstretched, facing the sky. A symbol of welcome, he beckons you into the vast open foyer of tile, foliage and Tulalip totem poles set before the concierge and hotelier staff.
“We feel that the rooms and public spaces were carefully designed to invoke feelings of warmth and comfort,” says Troy Longwith, Vice President of Tulalip Hotel Operations. “All the while we are surrounded by commissioned Coast Salish artwork and carvings created by Tulalip Tribal artists and master carvers. The stories behind the inspiration of the art pieces are also on display, and many of our guests comment on how they appreciate learning more about the Tulalip Tribal culture.”
The hotel building itself is made of ten floors accessible only through keycard, leading to some of the finest modern accommodations in Snohomish County. With incredible styling that pays homage to the rich history and culture of the Tulalip Tribes, these 370 renovated guest rooms truly amaze— down to the smallest details.
“I think our guests would give you a variety of experiences that they would classify as luxury,” Troy continues, “but for me there is nothing like stepping out of a one of a kind, steaming hot, three-headed shower, jumping into a white fluffy robe, and having a piping hot breakfast delivered to your room with a view of Mt. Pilchuck.”
Checking in is only the first part of your Tulalip adventure. Another way to treat yourself to rest and relaxation is located just one floor up from the reservation desk at The T Spa. The acclaimed spa will spoil you with hour-long sessions meant to rejuvenate and restore your spirits. These treatments exfoliate and sometimes these masking processes come with a soothing hand or arm massage.
That feels great just before slipping between some high-thread-count sheets, or alternatively, hitting the Tulalip Amphitheater for a live music performance.
Many guests travel from around the region to Tulalip for the varied musical acts and entertainment options More intimate events are hosted at The Orca Ballroom, a spacious and eye-popping venue with as many characteristics as the hotel or the casino. Divisible into three equal spaces, The Orca Ballroom is the perfect business conference setting for a 1,000 person sit down dinner, and flexible enough for side by side meetings of 500.
With projectors mounted from the ceilings and numerous drop-down video screens, the Orca Ballroom is elegant enough for the grandest of social events and smartly positioned for the most important of conferences.
The Orca Ballroom is the preferred meetings and events venue in Snohomish County, hosting hundreds of events a year—from nonprofit galas to corporate retreats.
